2.5%枸橼酸钠溶液在血液透析临时留置导管封管中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察2.5%枸橼酸钠用于血液透析临时留置导管封管的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法 60例行维持性血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组30例采用肝素钠溶液封管,观察组30例采用2.5%枸橼酸钠溶液封管,均连续使用6个月。对比2组导管留置时间、导管堵塞发生率、导管相关并发症和封管相关费用。结果 2组导管留置时间和血流量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组封管相关费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组导管出血发生率、导管感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组导管堵管发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液透析临时留置导管封管中,2.5%枸橼酸钠溶液与肝素钠溶液相比具有更高的安全性和经济性。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 2.5% sodium citrate lock solu- tion in temporary hemodialysis catheter. Methods Sixty maintenance hemodialysis patients with cath- eters were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received heparin sodium lock solution and patients in the ob- servation group received 2.5% sodium citrate lock solution for catheters after each dialysis session for 6 months. The catheter indwelling time, catheter blockage, catheter-related complications, costs in catheter sealing were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in catheter indwelling time and blood flow between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The observation group had lower incidence of catheter-related bleeding, compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion catheter-related infection and costs in catheter sealing There was no significant difference in catheter blockage Catheter sealing with a solution containing 2.5 % sodi- um citrate may significantly reduce the incidence of catheter-related bleeding and infection, showing a higher safety and efficiency.
