食管癌放疗患者护理中人性化理念的应用

Application of concept of humanistic nursing in nursing care of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy

目的探讨人性化理念在食管癌放疗患者护理中的应用价值。方法食管癌放疗患者100例随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于人性化理念的护理干预,观察2组护理满意度和生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度96.0%,显著高于对照组的74.0%(P<0.01),观察组生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针对食管癌放疗患者应用人性化护理,可有效改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the concept of humanistic nursing in nursing care of e- sophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 100 esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and the observation group was ap- plied with humanistic nursing interventions. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.0% in the observation group and was 74.0% in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. The observation group had a higher score in quality of life compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Applica- tion of concept of humanistic nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of esopha- geal cancer patients with radiotherapy.
