人性化护理在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用

Application of people-oriented nursing in prevention of infection during perioperative period among patients with gynecologic surgery

目的探讨人性化护理在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用效果。方法 90例妇产科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理。对比2组护理满意度和感染发生情况,记录2组术后开始下床活动时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),感染率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后开始下床活动时间、住院时间、体温恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论妇产科围手术期应用人性化护理,能够有效预防感染发生,提高护理满意度,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of people-oriented nursing in prevention of in- fection during the perioperative period among gynaecologic and obstetric patients. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care dur- ing perioperative period, and the observation group was applied with the people-oriented nursing inter- ventions. The satisfaction to nursing service and incidence of infection were compared between two groups. Secondary outcomes included the ambulation time after surgery, length of stay and body tem- perature recovery time. Results Patients in the observation group received higher nursing satisfaction rate and lower incidence of infection compared with those of controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ambulation time after surgery, length of stay and body temperature recovery time was shorter in the observation group than that of the controls （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of people-oriented nursing is potentially effective to prevent the infection and improve the nursing satisfaction rate in patients with gynecologic surgery.
