优质护理在腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎合并低钾血症患者中的应用

Application of high quality nursing for patient with peritoneal dialysis associated peritonitis and hypokalemia

目的探讨优质护理在腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎合并低钾血症患者中的应用。方法腹透相关性腹膜炎合并低钾血症患者108例随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。在对症治疗的基础上,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。对比2组患者护理满意度。结果观察组满意度96.3%,显著高于对照组的74.1%(P<0.05)。结论针对腹透相关性腹膜炎合并低钾血症患者,实施优质护理对提高护理满意度和护理依从性具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing for patient with perito- neal dialysis associated peritonitis （PDAP） and hypokalemia. Methods A total of 108 patients with PDAP and hypokalemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. Both group receive anti-infective therapy and potassium supplements. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with high quality nursing interventions. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service was compared between two groups at discharge. Results The observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with the control group （96.3% vs. 74.1%, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing is potentially effective to improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patient with PD treatment.
