护理风险管理预防住院患儿跌倒的效果分析

Analysis on effects of nursing risk management in prevention of falls in hospitalized children

目的评价护理风险管理在预防住院患儿跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月—2014年7月实施护理风险管理前646例住院患儿作为对照组,选取2014年8月—2016年3月实施护理风险管理后646例患儿作为观察组。观察患儿住院期间跌倒发生情况,对比2组患儿家长对护理服务满意程度,评价实施护理风险管理前后护理人员护理能力。结果对照组跌倒发生率3.25%,显著高于观察组的0.15%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度显著高于对照组患儿家属(P<0.01)。实施护理风险管理后护理人员在跌倒评估能力、防跌倒知识和防跌倒措施落实达标率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理风险管理对于预防住院患儿跌倒发生具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing risk management in prevention of falls in hospitalized children. Methods A total of 646 hospitalized children were recruited as the con- trol group between March 2012 and July 2014 （before the implementation of nursing risk manage- ment）, and another 646 hospitalized children were selected as the observation group between August 2014 and March 2016 （after the implementation of nursing risk management）. The incidence of falls and satisfaction rate of parents to nursing service were compared between two groups. The nursing abil- ities of nurses before and after implementation of nursing risk management was evaluated and com- pared. Results The incidence of falls was 3.25% in the control group and was 0.15% in the obser- vation group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The parents of hospitalized children from the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those of children from the con- trol group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The ability to assessing risk of falls, knowledge and measures to prevent falls was better improved in nurses after implementation of nursing risk management （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Nursing risk management is a effective way of preventing of falls in hospitalized children.
