通过对多个环境法律法规的解读,依托互联网特性,分析了互联网对我国环境法制建设的促进作用和积极影响,探讨了互联网在环境立法和执法中的作用,从不同方面列举了互联网进一步推进我国环境法制建设的多项措施,对研究互联网在环境法制建设中的应用具有重要意义。

Based on the interpretation of several environmental laws and regulations and the characteristics of the Internet, the promotion and positive effects of the Internet on the construction of environmental legal system in China was analyzed, the role of the Internet in environmental legislation and enforcement was discussed, and the further progress of China＇s environmental legal system construction propelled by the Internet from different aspects was enumerated. It is of great significance to study the application of Internet in the construction of environmental legal system.
