摘要
分析了"互联网+"、宽带中国、三网融合、大数据等重点环境的影响,以3条曲线为主线开展业务策略定位分析,围绕打造优质的全业务基础能力和专业聚焦的数字化应用、构建统一的能力开放平台、积极探索大数据应用能力4个层面开展网络资源配置。
The impact of the Internet plus, broadband China, triple play, big data and other key environment were analyzed, and put the three curves as the main line to conduct business strategic positioning analysis.Four levels of network resource allocation were carried out around creating high-quality full-service basic skills and professional focus of digital applications, building a unified open platform and actively exploring big data application capabilities.
