摘要
教学辅导教师制度是基于促进教师专业发展、提升教师专业自主的诉求而产生的,其目标在于通过同伴间的互相学习,以达到提供初任教师、新进教师咨询与协助,肯定资深教师及促进一般教师的专业成长。台湾地区教学辅导教师制度在实施过程中也遇到一些问题:辅导教师与伙伴教师配合不到位、缺乏共同时间、行政支持不到位等。通过探讨台湾地区教学辅导教师制度在设计与实施方面的经验,以期对大陆师徒制的完善及教师成长提供借鉴与启示。
Mentor teacher is a system based on promoting teachers' professional development and autonomy demands, which goal is to provide consultation and help for beginning teachers, affirm veteran teachers and promote the general teachers' professional development through learning from each other. But there are some problems in the implementation of mentor teachers in Taiwan : mentor teacher and partner completed not very well, the lack of common time and administrative support is not strong. By discussing the experience in desigh and implementation of mentor teachers in Taiwan, we hope to provide some references and enlightenment for the improvement of mentorship and teachers' growth in China's Mainland.
