To construct Central Plains Economic Zone is a national strategy. Higher education provide theoretical support,provide it all kinds of high-quality talent,technological and cultural innovation and the power of industrial structure optimization. Thus,the service of higher education for the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone become a hot topic. On the basis of fully aware of the role of higher education to the Central Plains Economic Zone, this paper dissects deeply the problems in the service process and proposes solutions accordingly to find effective ways for higher education to better serve the Central Plains Economic Zone.
