摘要
目的探讨低剂量CT尿路成像(CTU)图像后处理技术对泌尿系疾病诊断的增益价值。方法 55例临床疑诊泌尿系疾病的患者行低剂量CTU检查,对排泄期1.25 mm薄层图像进行图像后处理,包括多平面/曲面重组(MPR/CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积再现(VR),并与临床、病理诊断进行对照研究。结果常规横断位联合后处理重组图像的诊断敏感度及准确性均高于常规横断位图像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两者间诊断特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量CTU图像后处理技术在常规横断位图像诊断的基础上,可提高对泌尿系疾病的检出率和准确性,具有良好的临床增益价值。
Objective To evaluate the added value of image post-processing technique of low-dose CT urography(CTU) in the diagnosis of urinary diseases. Methods Fifty-five patients with clinically suspected urinary diseases underwent low-dose CTU examination. The 1.25 mm-thick CT images in the excretory phase were reformatted by postprocessing technique including multiplanar reformation/curved planar reformation(MPR/CPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR), and compared with clinical and pathological diagnosis. Results Significant difference was detected between routine CT axial and routine CT axial combined with post-processing images in the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy(P〈0.05),but not in the diagnostic specificity(P〈0.05). Conclusion The image post-processing technique of low-dose CT urography combine with routine CT axial images can improve the detectable rate and diagnostic accuracy in urinary diseases,which is of better option in clinic.
