彩色多普勒超声结合FibroScan检测对肝硬化患者的诊断价值

The assessment of the diagnostic value of cirrhosis by color Doppler ultrasound combined FibroScan

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声结合瞬时弹性成像(FibroScan)检测对肝硬化的诊断价值。方法对187例肝硬化患者及115名健康人均行腹部彩色多普勒超声和FibroScan检测。结果肝硬化患者肝脏形态失常,边缘变钝,肝实质回声密集增粗不均,肝包膜不光整,对照组肝脏形态正常,回声均匀,包膜光整,多普勒超声门静脉最大血流速度低于对照组,FibroScan检测FibroScan值高于对照组。结论彩色多普勒超声结合FibroScan检测对肝硬化患者诊断有着重要价值。

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of cirrhosis by color Doppler ultrasound combined FibroSean. Methods One hundred and eighty-seven cirrhosis patients were chosen as the observation group, 123 healthy volunteers as control group. All of them were detected by color Doppler ultrasound combined FibroScan. Results Irregular or nodular surface, blunt edge or morphological changes were found in patients with cirrhosis, while normal shape, border clear, and inner echo uniform in control group person. The maximum blood flow velocity was lower in the portal vein in patients with cirrhosis than in control group by Doppler ultrasound test. The stiffness parameter between two groups which is designed to detect the degree of liver fibrosis has significant difference. Conclusion Diagnosis of cirrhosis by color Doppler ultrasound combined FibroScan has important value.
