摘要
人力资源管理经历了从粗放式管理到规范化管理,再到精细化管理的发展阶段,其中精细化管理是人力资源管理发展的高级阶段。人力资源精细化管理是目前人力资源管理工作的主要发展趋势,是HR转型升级的必然走向。由此,首先对人力资源精细化管理的概念与特点进行了概述,分析了人力资源精细化管理过程中所面临的主要障碍,并提出了实施适应性管理、引导性管理和创新性管理的应对策略。
Human resources management has experienced from extensive management to standardized management, and then to fine management, which is the advanced stage of HR management development. The elaborating management of HR is the main development trend at the present stage, and is the inevitable trend of HR transformation and upgrading. This study first summarizes the concept of human resources of fine management and its features, then analyzes the main obstacle to the elaborating management, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
