摘要 龙南县足洞矿区和定南县岭北矿区,早期采用池浸、堆浸工艺采矿,地表开挖较严重,采剥面较多,极大的破坏了该地区原有生态,沟谷尾砂淤积严重,沟床被抬高,水土流失严重.本项目以植物措施与工程措施、永久措施和临时防治措施相结合,建立完整有效的水土保持防护体系,实现项目区扰动土地整治率达到95%;水土流失治理度达90%;历史遗留废弃地防治区拦渣率可达95%,林草植被恢复率达到97%.随着水土保持措施的实施,土壤流失控制比达到1.0. The mining techniques of pond leaching and heap leaching used to be adopted in Zudong mining area in Longnan county and Lingbei mining area in Dingnan county, which led to more severe surface excavation and more stripping surface, greatly destructing the original ecology of the area, serious sedimentation of the valley tailings, rising riverbed and severe soil erosion. Through the combination of plant measures and engineering measures, permanent measures and temporary control measures, this project establishes a complete and effective protection system of soil and water conservation, achieves the effects that disturbed land reclamation rate of the project area reaches 95 %, control degree of soil erosion reaches 90 %, dregs rate in prevention areas of historical wasteland reaches 95 %, vegetation recovery rate reaches 97 %, soil erosion control ratio reaches 1.0 with the implementation of soil and water conservation measures.
