危重症新生儿B群链球菌感染危险因素及实验室指标应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析危重症新生儿B群链球菌(GBS)感染危险因素,以及降钙素原(PCT)和D-二聚体(D-D)检测的临床应用价值。方法于2010年1月至2015年12月,对46例危重症GBS感染新生儿进行感染危险因素分析,并检测PCT和D-D水平。结果危重症新生儿GBS感染与分娩方式、胎膜早破、出生体质量及孕妇产前GBS筛查有关(P<0.05)。PCT与D-D水平与患儿病情严重程度密切相关(P<0.05)。结论有效干预和控制新生儿GBS感染相关危险因素,可减少和避免感染的发生。PCT、D-D水平检测可用于患儿病情评估和疗效评价,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze risk factors of group B Streptococcus(GBS)infection in critically ill neonates and the application value of procalcitonin(PCT)and D-Dimer(D-D).Methods Risk factors of GBS infection were analyzed in 46 critically ill neonates with GBS infection from Jan.2010 to Dec.2015,and PCT and D-D were also detected.Results There were significant correlation between GBS infection and mode of delivery,premature rupture of fetal membranes,birth weight and prenatal GBS screening(P〈0.05).Levels of PCT and D-D were positively correlated with the severity of diseases in critically ill neonates(P〈0.05).Conclusion Effective intervention and control of related risk factors could reduce and avoid neonatal GBS infection.PCT and D-D could be used for the evaluation of the severity of diseases and treatment effectiveness in critically ill neonates.
