摘要
英语教材词汇的语料库评估受到了广泛关注,但是目前的研究评估标准并不统一,评估体系也不全面。在教材语言评估框架下,教材词汇的语料库评估应该从词汇分布、词汇质量和词汇安排三个方面展开,分别涉及词汇的题材性分布、词汇的广度和深度、词汇的难易等级安排和复现。这种评估模式整合了现有的相关研究,运用语料库方法,提供了明确的评估步骤,具有较强的可操作性,可用于对教材词汇实施全面的评估。
Corpus-based vocabulary evaluation draws much attention. However,there exist some problems with the present studies: disunity of evaluation standards,and incompleteness of the evaluation system.Vocabulary evaluation,within the framework of language evaluation,comprises three parts: vocabulary distribution,vocabulary quality,vocabulary arrangement,dealing respectively with the distribution of vocabulary in terms of subject matter,quality of vocabulary in width and depth,arrangement of vocabulary according to the level of difficulty and reiteration. The model integrates the present studies,proposes explicit corpusbased procedures,thus making it easier to operate and suitable for a comprehensive evaluation of vocabulary in textbooks.
