基于熵权TOPSIS法的苏北地区城市中心性评价

Evaluation on Urban Centricity of the Regions in Northern Jiangsu Based on Entropy-weight TOPSIS Method

基于熵权TOPSIS法,从综合经济、科技创新、城市竞争、集聚带动、交通通达、信息交流和可持续发展7个方面构建起城市中心性综合评价指标体系,对苏北地区主要城市的中心性进行了实证分析.2010~2014年各项指标数据的分析结果表明：徐州市的城市中心性综合得分最高,城市中心性显著,其中心性主要体现在科技创新与交通通达两个方面.其他4个城市中心性的优劣势各有不同,城市间差距较小,整体处于较低水平的均衡发展状态.

An evaluation index system of the urban centricity was established based on the entropy-weight TOPSIS method, and an empirical analysis of the urban centricity of major cities in Northern Jiangsu was made from 7 aspects of the comprehensive economic, science and technology innovation, competition ability, ag- glomeration ability, transportation accessibility, information exchange and sustainable development. The anal- ysis results dating from the figure from 2010 to 2014 revealed that Xuzhou got the highest score indicating its significant urban centricity, which was mainly presented in the aspects of transportation accessibility, science and technology innovation. While other 4 cities have their own advantages and disadvantages, the regional gap among them was relatively small, and all of them was in a comparatively lower state of balanced development.
