摘要
为了解决单点系泊系统的液体旋转接头在实际使用中难以拆卸、需要停工维修等问题,设计了一种易于拆解、可现场互换的液体旋转接头结构。利用Solid Works构建液体旋转接头模型并按照实际装配路径制作虚拟装配仿真,判断其在装配过程中是否出现干涉与碰撞现象,避免由于设计不当而造成的财产损失,以提高设计质量。
Aiming at the difficult disassembly, maintenance and other downtime formula problem in the rotary joint of liquid single -point mooring system in practical application, it designs an easy dismantling, interchange- able stacked liquid slip ring structure. Based on SolidWorks, it builds the model, simulates virtual assembly according to the actual production assembly path, determines whether there are interference and collision phenome- na in the assembly. This method can guide the actual production and avoid the loss of property due to improper design.
