摘要
针对宝钢初轧小方坯精整线中的40t过跨台车技改课题,首先简述了过跨台车走行传动装置组成和功能,然后采用现场测绘法、文献资料法等研究方法,通过计算优化参数重点对过跨台车走行传动装置的电动机选择、减速机的选用及主动车轮装配的设计分别进行了详细介绍和结果分析,内容可供相关设计人员参考,对今后过跨台车走行传动装置的设计与计算具有一定指导价值。
Aiming at preliminary rolling small billet finishing line in Bao Steel Group'40t cross trolley technical innovation project, it uses the method of field survey, literature analysis, introduces the functions of the driving transmission device of crossing trolley. Based on parameters optimization calculation, it determines the selection of motor and speed reducer, designs the active wheel assembly. The design method and process provide a refer- ence for the related designers and guide to design and calculate the driving transmission device of crossing trolley.
