In recent years,China's direct investment into the United States has been increasing,surpassing the investment from the United States to China,where private enterprises are becoming the main actor,with the scale of investment increasing from 0.46 billion in 2008 to 3.87 billion in 2013.However,while China's investment into the United States is increasing,and the investment field is increasingly diverse,China's enterprises are facing more and more obstacles of monitoring and investigation and pan-political interference.This paper first introduces the status of China enterprises investing in the United States,followed by the analysis and summary of obstacles facing China's enterprises investing in the United States,and the trend of changes in the next review,and finally some policy suggestions put forward at react to the predicament.
