我国对外直接投资政策研究

A study on China's foreign direct investment policy

改革开放以来,我国对外直接投资政策由开始的严格限制逐渐发展到现在的鼓励支持,推动对外直接投资进入快速发展阶段。但是,我国对外直接投资政策也面临缺乏统一立法、多头管理、针对性不强等问题。进一步完善我国对外直接投资政策,需要加快制定对外投资法,设立统一独立的管理机构,制定更加可行的对外直接投资产业指导政策,完善对外投资双边多边保障体系。

Since the reform and opening up,China's foreign direct investment policy gradually developed from the strict restrictions at the beginning to encouragement and support at present time,promoting foreign direct investment to enter the stage of rapid development.However,China's foreign direct investment policy is also facing a number of problems such as lack of uniform legislation,multiple management and less clear targets.To further improve China's foreign direct investment policy,we need to speed up the formulation of foreign investment law,establish a unified and independent management organization,set up more feasible foreign direct investment industrial guidance policy,and improve bilateral and multilateral insurance system of foreign investment.
