房地产企业融资效率的影响因素分析--基于DEMATEL方法

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Financing Efficiency of Real Estate Enterprises :Based on DEMATEL Method

我国房地产企业的改革和发展经历了一个漫长的过程,每一个房地产企业的成长都无法离开资金的支持,所以融资阶段显得尤为重要。与国外成熟的经济市场相比,我国目前还没有形成比较完整和健全的融资市场,因此房地产公司在发展中,仍然存在着突出的问题,而问题主要反映在融资效率的高低上。为了提高房地产企业的融资效率,文章将运用DEMATEL方法对影响融资效率的因素进行筛选和排序,以便于深入的了解影响融资效率的因素,进而提高我国房地产企业对金融资源的利用效率。

The reform and development of China＇s real estate business has experienced a long process, every real estate enterprise＇s growth can not leave the support of funds, so the financing stage is particularly important. Compared with foreign mature market economy, it has not formed a relatively complete and perfect the financing market in China at present, so there is still a serious problem in the development period of Real Estate Company, and the problem is mainly reflected in the financing efficiency level. In order to improve the efficiency of financing of real estate enterprises, this paper will carry out the screening and ranking factors of financing efficiency by using the DEMATEL method, in order to understand the influencing factors of the financing efficiency, and improve the utilization efficiency of China＇s real estate enterprises for financial resources.
