With the continuous development of China＇s social economy and urbanization process, municipal engineering investment,construction scale, resource consumption and complexity of construction technology and other aspects have also made great changes, and the project risk increases. Risk management is an important part of the municipal engineering construction management, whose management level has a direct impact on that of the entire project, and also determines the success or failure of the project. Based on the analysis of the risk factors of municipal engineering project, this paper puts forward some measures to control and avoid the risk, and hopes to provide reference and help for the relevant personnel.
