摘要
本文针对轿车换挡吸入感进行研究,分析了吸入感产生的原因,通过详细设计计算,受力分析等方法对变速器M型曲线结构进行提升,并进行验证测试。最终证明该方案改善效果良好,能够明显提升换挡吸入感品质。
The passage makes a research for suction sense of sedan gear shifting, to analyze the reasons of production suction sense,improve the M pattern curve structure of transmission via specific design and calculation, and make a verifying test. Finally, it proves that the improvement scheme is within good effects, and obviously improves the quality of suction sense during gear shifting.
