橡胶颗粒改性掺量对水泥砂浆性能的影响

摘要 采用0.5%的PVA溶液对粒径为40目的橡胶集料进行改性,配制橡胶集料水泥砂浆。研究不同橡胶集料掺量的水泥砂浆的一些力学性能,像抗压强度、抗折强度、折压比、抗冲击性和干燥收缩率的变化规律。考虑六种橡胶掺量,分别为0%、6.5%、13%、18%、23.5%、28%。通过折压比、抗冲击性和干燥收缩率这三项指标确定橡胶颗粒最佳掺量。本试验确定橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量为18%。 Crumb rubber aggregates in 40 mesh were modified by 0.5% PVA solution and used for preparing crumb rubber cement mortar. Some mechanical properties of cement mortar with different crumb rubber aggregate amounts are researched, such as compressive strength, flexural strength, the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength, impact resistance and dry contraction percentage. Six kinds of rubber content, which are 0%, 6.5%, 13%, 18%, 23.5% and 28% are considered respectively. Three indices of the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength, impact resistance and dry contraction percentage are used to determine the appropriate mixing amount of crumb rubber. The best appropriate mixing amount of rubber particles determined by this test is 18%.
