高职创新创业教育模式研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着全球竞争的加剧,创新创业已成为社会经济发展的原动力。高职院校肩负着培养技能人才创新创业的重要使命,但我国高校的创新创业教育的模式还处于探索中,面临着许多基础性的挑战。文章基于对现有高职创业教育模式不健全的现状,提出建构"四位一体"的创新创业模式,分别从"人才、资金、政策、文化"等创新要素入手,以营造和谐的创业生态环境为目的,有效地推动初创者的快速成长,探索符合高职院校的创业教育模式。

With the intensification of global competition, innovation and entrepreneurship has become the motive force of the social and economic development. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of training skilled talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, but the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in China is still under exploration, facing many fundamental challenges. Based on the current situation that the existing entrepreneurial education mode in vocational colleges is imperfect, this paper puts forward the ＂four in one＂ innovation and entrepreneurship mode, respectively from the talents, funds, policy and culture, aiming to create a harmonious business environment, so as to effectively promote the rapid growth startups, which is suitable for entrepreneurship education mode in higher vocational colleges.
