文化资源与青少年校外教育结合的几点思考

为满足中国特色社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的根本要求,培养专业技能强,业务素质高的文化艺术后备人才,已经成为社会主义文化事业科学发展的重要基础和根本保障。通过论述,提出要充分利用丰富的文化资源优势,大力发挥群众文化与校外艺术教育的阵地作用;积极推进青少年校外活动中的文化艺术普及与提高,弘扬优秀民族民间文化遗产的保护与传承;文化、教育部门联合研究制定出青少年校外艺术教育的科学化、规范化管理制度,努力为青少年学生健康成长营造良好社会育人环境。

To meet the basic requirement of the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, to cultivate reserve culture and art talents with strong professional skills and high professional quality has become the important foundation and fundamental guarantee of scientific development of socialist culture. Through discussion, it is put forward to make full use of the rich cultural resources, and vigorously play the role of mass culture and out-of-school art education; actively promote culture and art popularization and enhancement in out-of-school activities of youth and advance and enrich excellent national folk cultural heritage protection and inheritance. Through joint research of culture and education departments, a scientific and standardized management system for youth out-of-school art education is developed, to create a good environment for the healthy growth of young students.
