摘要
在液体容积式流量计的工作过程中需要利用到玻璃温度计读取流量,测定体积管处温度,但由于计量现场所采用的温度计存在修正值过小或过大问题,很可能由于对温度修正检定结果的忽略而带来误差。因此文中将主要介绍液体容积式流量计的工作原理、结构和误差特性。提出体积管检定流量计的具体模型,最后论述温度计读数修正对液体容积式流量计检定结果所产生的影响。
In the working process of liquid volumetric flowmeter, glass thermometer is needed to read the flow and determine the temperature of volume tube. But because the thermometer in the measurement field has the problem of too small or too big corrected value,so it is easy to cause errors. This paper will mainly introduce the working principle, structure and the error characteristics of liquid volumetric flowmeter. The concrete model of volume tube verification flowmeter is put forward, at last the influence of thermometer readings correction on the calibration results of liquid volumetric flowmeter is discussed.
