摘要 建立学生认同,企业认可的教学体制是高职院校改革一直以来努力的方向,成功的教育模式必须顺应时代潮流,文章通过分析当前高职机械类实训教学现状与发展潮流,提出机械类实训教学"多元核心"模式,即教师以教学资源的采集方式和技能实训方式多元化为基础,以教学团队为依托,将教学资源产品化、信息化。学生以核心突破一项技能为依托,综合多种实践能力。以此培养既能够从事生产一线工作又有自我提高意识和创新能力的综合技能人才。 To build a teaching system which is recognized by students and accepted by enterprises is the direction of the reform in higher vocational colleges. A successful education mode must conform to the trend of the times. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation and development trend of the practical teaching of mechanical course in higher vocational colleges, the "Polybasic Core" teaching mode is put forward, where teacher carries out teaching activities based on diversification of teaching resources acquisition methods and skills training way, and relying on the teaching team, to make teaching resources productized and informationized. Students mainly work on a single skill, integrated a variety of practical abilities. In this way, we can cultivate comprehensive talents who can work in the production line and have self-improvement consciousness and innovation ability.
