摘要
随着高校扩招带来的毕业生人数逐年增多,大学生就业形势越来越严峻。受制于多重因素影响,地方高校毕业生在就业市场上竞争力有待提高,而土木类毕业生在就业观念、心理素质、创新能力等方面存在较多的问题,这些都影响了毕业生成功就业和职业发展。文章通过对某地方高校土木类毕业生就业现状和存在问题进行分析,结合作者多年就业工作实践,提出加强和改进就业工作的对策建议。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of graduates has been increasing year by year, and college students' employment situation is becoming more and more serious. Subject to multiple factors, the competitiveness of local university graduates in the employment market needs to be improved, and the civil engineering graduates have many problems in employment concept, psychological quality and innovation ability aspect and so on, which all affect the graduates' successful employment and career development. Based on the analysis of the employment situation and the existing problems of local university civil engineering graduates, and combined with years of employment work practice, the author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the employment work.
