传统中药金银花的药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Effect of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos

金银花是一种广泛使用的传统中药,在中国使用已经有上千年的历史。其主要化学成分为绿原酸、异绿原酸、芳香醇、木犀草素、金银花皂苷以及黄酮类化合物。目前国内外的研究证实金银花具有具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎解热、抗氧化、免疫调节和抗肿瘤等作用。主要针对金银花的药理作用进行综述,为金银花的进一步研究提供参考。

Lonicerae japonicae flos,a widely used traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,has been used for over thousand years in China. The chemical components in Lonicerae japonicae flos are chlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,aromatic alcohols, mignonette element, saponins and flavonoids. Lonicerae japonicae flos was proved to have antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammation antipyretic antioxidant,immunomodulatory and antitumor. Pharmacological advances were also systematically reviewed to provide references for scientific appreciation of Lonicerae japonicae flos.
