摘要
肿瘤是威胁人类生命健康主要疾病之一,据WHO数据显示,世界每年新增1400万癌症患者,且癌症的死亡率也逐年递增。研究发现细胞凋亡异常与肿瘤的发生存在密切的关系,而细胞凋亡通常是受凋亡相关信号、凋亡相关因子调控并通过特定途径发生的。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,通过归纳总结细胞凋亡的相关途径的最新研究进展,为抗肿瘤新药的作用靶点,抗肿瘤新药作用途径提供理论基础。
Tumor is one of the major diseases that threaten human life and health,according to WHO,the data shows that 14 million cancer patients are annual increased in global,and cancer mortality is also increased year by year.It is found that there is a close relationship between apoptosis and tumor,and apoptosis is usually regulated by apoptosis related signal and apoptosis related factors through a specific pathway. Through accessed to relevant literature at home and abroad,through the induction and summary of the latest research progress of apoptosis related pathways,a theoretical basis for the role of anti tumor drug targets and anti-tumor drug action ways was provided.
