UPLC-MSMS快速测定辣椒油中苏丹红的方法研究

Rapid Determination of Sudan Dyes in Chili Oil by UPLC-MSMS

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UPLC-MSMS）法检测辣椒油中四种苏丹红的有效方法。样品采用乙腈萃取,C18吸附净化,再利用UPLC-MSMS进行测定。实验结果表明,四种苏丹红在相应的浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限（S/N≥3）范围在2.5~30μg/kg;定量下限（S/N≥10）为890μg/kg回收率在91.5%~107.8%,准偏差RSD在2.5%~6.6%。本方法简单、快速、准确、高效,适用于辣椒油中苏丹红的分离以及定量检测。

To determine four kinds ofdyes in chili oil,a method was established with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Samples were first extracted by acetonitrile,and then purified by C18,and the target compounds were detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry at last. The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficients of four dyes were good in appropriate concentration range,the detection limits（ S/N≥3） varied from 2. 5 to30 μg/kg and the quantitation limits（ S/N≥10） varied from 8 to 90 μg/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 91. 5%to 107. 8%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 2. 5% to 6. 6%. In conclusion,this method was simple rapid accurate and efficient,and it could meet the requirement of the simultaneous determination of dyes in chili oil.
