摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定17种国内外酒中铁(^56Fe)、铜(^63Cu)、锌(^65Zn)、砷(^75As)、镉(^114Cd)、锡(^118Sn)、汞(^202Hg)、铅(^208Pb)共8种重金属元素含量的方法。样品经微波消解,以锗(^72Ge)、铟(^115In)、铋(^209Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述8种重金属元素的含量。对于各测定元素,标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9996~0.9999,加标回收率为96%~105%。结果表明,采用所建立的ICP-MS法分析酒类重金属元素,具有准确度高、分析快速、简便的优点,为酒类行业质量控制提供参考依据。
An ICP-MS method for the determination of 8 heavy metals,including Ferrum(^56Fe),Copper(^63Cu),Zinc(^65Zn),Arsenium(^75As),Cadmium(^114Cd),Stannum(^118Sn),Hydrargyrum(^202Hg),Plumbum(^208Pb),in17 kinds of liquors at home and abroad was established. The samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave. The eight heavy metals were directly analyzed by ICP-MS,with elements^72 Ge,^115In and^209 Bi as the internal standards. For all of the analyzed heavy metals,the correlative coefficients of the calibration curves were in the range of 0. 9996 ~0. 9999. The recoveries were in the range of 96% ~ 105%. The results indicated that the method was of high accuracy,simple,can use in rapid analysis,which can provide frame for the quality control of the liquors.
