摘要
总氮是农业、生物和环境等多领域研究的常规测试项目,碱性过硫酸钾氧化法和元素分析仪法作为常规方法通用于上述领域。本文通过对34个沉积物样品的总氮分析,对两种方法进行对比研究。碱性过硫酸钾氧化法的精密度相对高于元素分析仪法。两种分析方法测得总氮含量具有不同程度的差别,以两种方法测得的含量比值为修正系数,对碱性过硫酸钾氧化法测得的总氮含量进行修正后与元素分析仪法测得结果比较,显著性分析表明两者结果一致。
Total nitrogen is a conventional test item in various fields,such as agriculture,biology and environmental studies. Alkaline persulfate oxidation method and elemental analyzer method are routine methods for the determination of total nitrogen in these areas. The comparative study based on the measurement results of the two methods of 34 sediment samples. Alkaline potassium persulfate method had higher precision than elemental analyzer method. Total nitrogen content of the two methods had varying degrees of difference. The content ratio was measured in two ways as the correction factor for the content of alkaline persulfate oxidation method,then compared with that of elemental analyzer method,significant analysis showed consistent results between the two methods.
