摘要
通过对炼制高酸原油常见的碳钢、不锈钢、双相钢、低合金钢、内衬钛材料的换热器设备出现的腐蚀失效案例进行腐蚀现象总结、并对其腐蚀原因进行归纳和分析。腐蚀总结结果显示,出现局部腐蚀的现象最突出是主要为碳钢材质的换热器,腐蚀出现比例占了全部腐蚀案例的63%;腐蚀现场归纳结果表明,换热器常出现的腐蚀部位为管束及管口的位置为主;腐蚀分析结果表明由于制造工艺导致的裂纹及焊缝缺陷的问题较严重。
The corrosion cases of carbon-steel heat exchanger,stainless steel heat exchanger,dual-phase steel heat exchanger and titanium heat exchanger in the high-acid crude oil refinery were summarized and analyzed. The results showed that the carbon steel heat exchanger to localized corrosion phenomenon was most prominent,and the corrosion occurrence proportion accounted for 63% of the total corrosion case. Tubes and nozzle position were often corrosion,at the same time,the manufacturing process lead to crack and defect of the welding seam was a serious problem.
