管道的腐蚀与控制课程的教学改革探索

Exploration of Teaching Reform on Corrosion and Control of Pipes Majors

对石油化工行业来说,金属管道的腐蚀及其防护至关重要。管道的腐蚀与控制是我校反映专业特色的一门必修课程。本文结合我校管道的腐蚀与控制课程的基本情况,针对课程存在的主要问题,提出了包括编写体现行业特色的课程教材、采用多种教学方法以及增强实验和实践环节等几项主要的教学改革措施。结果表明,教学改革提高了课程的教学效果,强化了学生的实践能力和创新能力,从而提高了人才的培养质量。

The corrosion and protection of metal pipeline is very important in the petrochemical industry. Corrosion and Control of Pipes is a required course of professional characteristics in our university. Combined with the basic situation and existing problems for the course of pipeline corrosion and control of pipes in our university,and according to the main problems existing in the course,some teaching reform methods of the course such as writing teaching material which reflects industry characteristics,using a variety of teaching methods and enhance the experimental courses and practical session were studied. The results showed that the teaching reform had improved the teaching effect of the course,strengthened the students＇ practical ability and innovative ability,and thus improved the quality of the personnel training.
