安全工程新增院校人才培养方案的探索

Discussion on Talents Training Program for Safety Engineering in New College

如何合理制订人才培养方案是安全工程新增院校面临的首要难题。本文从专业定位、课程设置、实验室建设三个角度出发总结了安全工程已设院校的成熟经验,在此基础上,以郑州轻工业学院为例,分析了安全工程新增院校在人才培养方案制订时的注意事项,如:结合行业需求和学院特点,明确专业定位;根据学生综合素质、调控课程理论性知识的深度;合理利用建设经费,强化教学实验设备的可操作性等。

The first problem for the colleges which establish the major of Safety Engineering is how to reasonably develop the talents training program. The ripe experience of the colleges who had the Safety Engineering for many years was analyzed. The experience was summarized from three angles： the professional orientation,curriculum setting and laboratory construction. With the example of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry,the matters needing attention for the new colleges when they formulate the talents training program were arglyzed,such as clearing the professional orientation combining with the industry demand and the characteristics of college,according to the controling the depth of the curriculum theoretical knowledge students＇ comprehensive quality,rationally utilizing the construction funds,strengthening the maneuverability of the teaching experiment equipment,etc.
