摘要
为实现系统能独立为光资源丰富的边远地区和海岛提供清洁、可靠的电力资源,解决离网光伏电站配置问题,提出一种基于供电可靠性和全寿命周期成本为优化目标的离网光伏电站优化设计方法。为精确计算系统的运行状态,建立了光伏发电系统模型和蓄电池充放电模型;为充分利用太阳资源,建立了光伏组件最佳方位角和倾角模型;为降低系统成本,建立了负荷缺电率和全生命周期成本模型;为全面了解离网电站发电量,建立了光伏系统效率模型。最后对具体案例进行优化配置、仿真分析,验证系统满足负荷用电需求。
In order to provide reliable and independent clean power to remote areas and islands,as well as to solve the allocation problem of an independent Photovoltaic(PV)power station,this paper presents an optimal design of an independent PV power station based on reliability of power supply and the full life cycle cost.For accurate calculation of the system operation condition,a model of calculating method was built for PV system and battery charge and discharge.In order to make full use of the solar resource,the best azimuth and dip angle model was built.To reduce the system cost,the loss of power supply probability and full life cycle cost model was set up.The model of the efficiency of PV system was built for understanding the power generation capacity of independent PV system.Ultimately,optimal assignment and simulation analysis of specific cases were done to test the system workability.
