鸡血藤提取物对酒精性肝病大鼠的保护作用

Experimental study on the Protective Effect of the extract of Net Cliffbean on Alcoholic Liver Disease in Rats

目的探讨鸡血藤提取物对酒精性肝病大鼠的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、鸡血藤提取物低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、阳性药物对照组(益肝灵)和正常对照组。采用梯度浓度酒精、分次少量灌胃的方法建立大鼠慢性酒精性肝病模型,同时给予鸡血藤提取物干预。实验结束时处死大鼠,测定有关指标。结果鸡血藤提取物干预的大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、CHO水平和肝组织中MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05),同时肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性明显升高,与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论鸡血藤提取物对酒精性肝病具有一定的保护作用。

Objective To observe the protective effect of the extract of Net Cliffbean on liver in rats with alcoholic liver disease. Methods SD Rats were randomly divided in to 6 groups ： model group, low - dose group, middle - dose group, high - dose group, positive control group and normal group. The model of rat with alcoholic liver disease was established by intragastrie injection with small quantity of gradually increasing concentrations of alcohol into the rats for several times a day, and simultaneously protected by the extract of Net Cliffbean. Rats were sacrificed after ending of the experiment and the levels were examined. Results The levels of serum ALT,AST,TG,CHO and hepatic tissue content of MDA in the extract of Net Cliffbean treated groups were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ） , while the levels of SOD and GSH - Px were significantly increased compared with those in the model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion These results showed that the extract of Net Cliftbean has certain protective effect on alcoholic liver disease.
