从客户方格理论谈药品销售技巧 被引量:1

摘要 随着老龄化的进程以及经济的发展,药品已成为人们生活的必需品,客户在选购药品时,存在着多种心态。而作为药品和客户之间桥梁的医药代表,更应该充分掌握客户的不同心态,并以此采用一些销售技巧,从而更好地完成药品销售工作。文章从客户方格理论出发,在剖析客户购买心理的基础上,为医药代表提供一些销售技巧,让更多的医药代表在药品的销售过程中掌握主动权。
