摘要
基于广州市某桥梁施工工程高支模在施工中的自动化监测成果,建立高支模在桥梁施工中的变形与混凝土浇筑的回归模型。通过与实测变形数据的对比分析,说明了所建立回归模型的有效性。将高支模自动化变形监测与混泥土浇筑方量和浇筑速度结合起来,可以进行高支模变形的物理解释和预报,为指导高支模施工提供安全保障。对于类似工程的变形监测具有一定的参考应用价值。
Based on the automated monitoring results in construction of a bridge construction engineering high formwork in Guangzhou City,a regression model of the deformation in bridge construction of the high formwork and concrete pouring is established.Through the comparison analysis with the monitoring data,result shows the validity of the regression model.Combination of the high formwork automation monitoring and concrete pouring volume and casting speed can physically explain and predict the high formwork deformation,which provides security insurance regarding to the high formwork construction guiding and has certain reference value to the deformation monitoring of similar projects.
