第一次地理国情普查成果应用的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggections on Application of the Investigation Achievement of the First National Geographical Condition

地理国情普查的成果为服务国家社会经济发展提供了重要的数据支持。本文首先介绍了我国第一次国情普查数据的获取方法和成果构成,然后分别从土地利用、城市化进程监测、生态环境保护等方面对国情普查成果的应用提出了思考,并以自然资源管理的资产负债表编制为例,介绍了湖南省在地理国情普查成果的具体应用。最后,进一步提出了提高国情普查成果应用效率的建议,以期深入挖掘和提升普查成果的价值。

The achievement of national geographical condition census provides important data support for the social and economic development of the country.This paper firstly introduces the methods of data acquisition and composition of results in the first national geographic condition investigation of China,then separately discusses the possible application of the achievement of national geographical condition census in the field of land utilization,urbanization process monitoring,ecological environment protection and so on.Furthermore,a specific application is proposed for the natural resource management of assets and liabilities statement in Hunan Province.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestion to improve the application efficiency of the census results,in order to improve the value of the survey results.
