摘要
燃煤机组燃烧后脱碳所面临的最大问题是脱碳带来的效率损失。主要对全脱碳、不同脱碳容量以及脱碳再生能耗对机组性能的影响进行了研究,研究发现全容量脱碳条件下,机组供电效率下降约11.2%。随着脱碳容量的增加,机组发电量、发电效率、供电量、供电效率等主要性能指标也均逐渐降低,脱碳容量每提高10%,机组供电效率平均降低约1.24%。脱碳再生能耗的降低依赖于节能型吸收剂的开发和更合理的系统集成优化,当单位脱碳再生能耗降低时,脱碳带来的机组性能降低也逐渐减少。
The efficiency loss is the principal difficulties to coal fired power generation unit with carbon capture facility. In order to quantitative analysis the relationship with the efficiency loss and the carbon capture,a model was developed to simulate the whole coal fired power generating system with carbon capture module and the impaction of complete carbon capture,different capture capacity and the regeneration energy consumption on the unit performance was studied. The study found that full carbon capture for a 660 MW power unit made a sharp drop of nearly 11. 2% in net power efficiency and the increase of capture capacity cause the decrease of the main power unit performance index,and about every 10% increase in capacity decrease the net power efficiency 1. 24% on average. The carbon capture energy consumption could be reduced to bring down the influence of post carbon capture on power unit performance via the energy conservation absorption solution development and process optimization.
