With the increasing shortage of water resources and the stringent environmental requirements,thermal power plant,as the major industrial water consumption,the drainage system can be cascade utilized by reuse of water resources. It introduced summarily the water quality characteristics of thermal power plant,expatiated the cascade utilization of drainage system and measures of realizing zero- discharge of waste water.
