摘要
介绍了燃煤电厂脱硫系统浆液输送设备在运行过程中腐蚀、磨损、疲劳失效的现状,针对气、固、液三相流体输送的特征以及失效机理展开了较深入的分析研究,研制了一种新型的陶瓷/聚合物复合内衬材料,并应用于电厂脱硫系统管道设备浆液输送,有效地保障了脱硫设备的安全、经济运行。
The status quo of corrosion,wear and fatigue invalidation in operation process of desulfurization system slurry transportation equipment in coal- fired power plant were introduced. The characteristics and mechanism of gas,solid and liquid phase are deeply analyzed. It developed a new kind of ceramic / polymer composite lining materials,and is applied on the slurry pipeline equipment. The results show that the new material could effectively guaranteeing the safe and economic operation of desulfurization equipment.
