关于高职院校会展专业人才培养的思考

摘要 会展业发展至今,已成为一种不可或缺的社会经济形式。要想在激烈的竞争中抢占国际、国内市场,优秀的会展服务人才是关键。高职院校作为培养会展专业人才的重要基地之一,应紧密结合当地会展行业发展的需求,为企业和社会提供实用的会展专业技能型人才。本文首先分析了高职院校培养会展专业人才的必要性,其次指出高职院校会展人才培养存在的问题,最后就存在的问题提出会展专业人才培养的几点建议,以期为高职院校更好地进行会展专业人才培养提供建议。
