对口单招视角下专业分层教学中存在的问题及对策分析

随着各行各业对技能型人才需求的增大,国家对职业教育的重视程度不断提升,习近平总书记在相关批示中指出"职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,是广大青年打开通往成功成才大门的重要途径,肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责,必须高度重视,加快发展。"在此背景下,高职学生数不断增加、生源结构变得更加多样化,为了更好地培养不同层次的学生,专业分层教学势在必行,文章旨在分析专业分层教学中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

With the increasing demand for skilled personnel from all walks of life, national attention to the occupation education level has been rising, and the general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ＂the relevant instructions in the occupation education is an important part of the national education system and human resources development, an important way to open to the success gate for a large number of young people, shouldering the important role of the cultivation of diversified talent, the inheritance of technical skills, and promotion of employment and entrepreneurship, so we must attach great importance to accelerate the development of it.＂In this context, the number of students in higher vocational colleges is increasing, and the students become more diverse. In order to better develop the students of different levels, it is imperative to do professional multi-level teaching. This paper aims to analyze the existing problems in the professional teaching, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
