学校社会工作视域下高校贫困生获资后教育配套机制研究——基于生态系统理论的分析

高校资助育人工作是高校教育、培养、管理的重要环节,在实践过程中形成了一套规范的制度体系和管理机制,作用显著,意义深远。但随着社会的发展,传统的高校资助育人工作已经不能够很好地解决高校贫困生获资后的教育问题,这也正是学校社会工作嵌入高校资助育人工作的契机。学校社会工作理念、方法、工作模式的应用弥补了传统资助育人工作方式的不足,并从生态系统理论的视角重点关注高校贫困生获资后的长效教育问题。文章中,学校社会工作的专业视域强调的不仅仅是介入视角的创新,更是期望将资助育人理念与助人自助精神有机耦合。

The university funding education is an important part of college education, training, management, in practice, the formation of a set of standardized system and management mechanism, the role of significant, far-reach- ing significance. But with the development of society, the traditional funding for education in Colleges and universities can not well solve the problem of poor college students by the education funds, which is embedded in the school of social work aid and education opportunity. The application of school social work idea, method and work mode overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional way of funding for education, and from the perspective of ecological system theory focus on poor college students by longterm education resources after. In this paper, the professional perspective of the school social work emphasizes not only the innovation of the perspective of intervention, but also the hope that it will help people to help themselves.
