应用型高校实践教学体系研究

随着我国产业的转型升级,社会需要大量应用型人才,实践教学对于应用型人才培养意义重大,也是应用型高校转型发展的需要。当前很多应用型高校仍存在对应用型人才定位不明确,实践教学内容与社会需求脱节,"就业难"与"人才荒"问题依然存在。文章提出构建多元实践教学体系,推动高校实践教学体系创新,培养具有高素质、创新能力的应用型人才。

With the transformation and upgrading of industry, society needs a large number of applied talents, practice teaching is significant not only for applied talents training but also for the needs of the development of applied universities transformation. Currently, the position of education of applied talent is unclear among many colleges and universities, the practice teaching content and social needs disconnect, the problem between employment and talent shortage still exists. In this paper, the author builds multivariate practical teaching system, for pushing forward the innovation of practice teaching system in colleges and universities, training applied talents with high quality and innovation ability.
