With the accelerating of domestic higher education internationalization, international exchange programs of college students are increased day by day. There are many problems and challenges for management and service work of college students international exchange programs. Therefore, it becomes a primary strategy for colleges to grasp the characteristics of college students international exchange programs, analyze problems and study the countermeasure for its management and service work, with the purpose of promoting the management and service work of students international exchange programs, which is significant for development of domestic higher education internationalization.
